Since 2011, Thomas Dyllick and Katrin Muff have co-directed the Executive Leadership Program which has been sharpened to a Certificate in Business Sustainability (10 ECTS).
To date, the program has attracted nearly 200 outstanding individual changemakers, consultants and sustainability professionals across all sector and domains. The alumni of the program meet and exchange their ideas and best practices in the field and to contribute to the transformation of business to become a force for good.
The program can be started at any time of the year. The class is limited to maximum 18 participants.
The Certificate in Business Sustainability is endorsed by the World Business Council of Sustainable Development (WBCSD), the U.N. Global Compact Switzterland & Liechtenstein, and WWF Switzerland.

Consisting of 5 essential modules, participants receive a 10 ECTS Certificate in Advanced Studies (CAS).

- 2-day modules (total 16h)
- Thursdays and Fridays
- Around Zurich or online
- Interactive and dynamic learning
- 5h pre-reading & 15h homework per module
- Total program workload 180-200 hours (5 modules @ 16h + 20h work = 180h)
The Program Fee is Fr. 9’000 and includes course material, lunch and refreshments.
It is possible to book single modules at Fr. 2’000, potentially adding them up to a CAS.
