In order to train MPA apprentices well, basic knowledge of the field of practice coordination, experience in patient care and appropriate vocational training aids are required. In order to train apprentices as medical practice assistants (EFZ), MPA vocational trainers competently implement the in-company training. They also support MPA apprentices in their professional and personal development. In the MPA vocational trainer course, practice trainers and vocational trainers for patient care in medical and group practices or in outpatient clinics learn how to accompany their trainees in a competent and targeted manner.
