Questions and answers
How extensive is a seminar in image processing?
The duration of training in image processing can vary greatly depending on the training provider, but usually comprises around 12 to 14 hours of instruction spread over several days.
Do you only offer courses on image editing with Photoshop?
In fact, most courses on the subject of image editing are limited to Adobe Photoshop software, but there are also providers here and there who also offer training with other programs such as PhotoDirector Ultra, Corel PaintShop Pro, ACDSee Pro or GIMP. Please contact the schools directly via our contact form to find out which image editing software they offer courses with.
Do I need special programs to take part in the image processing course?
Most providers do not require participants to have their own programs, such as Photoshop, to attend a course in image editing. The lessons take place on the provider's PCs. For later use at home or at work, however, graduates must of course purchase the software themselves.
Can anyone take part in an image editing course?
Participants in an image editing course should have a basic knowledge of using a PC or MAC, but as a rule no specific knowledge is required to take part in a basic image editing course.
What do participants in an image processing course learn?
In a basic course on image editing, participants learn how to edit their photos professionally, learn everything they need to know about resolution, color depth, image format changes, image correction and selection techniques for editing and cropping content. They will also learn about photomontage, font integration, different layers and black and white conversion. You can find out more about the detailed content of the individual courses for acquiring the basic skills of image editing programs from the schools and training providers from whom you can order free and non-binding information here on Ausbildung-Weiterbildung.ch.
How much does a photo editing course cost?
