CAS Resilience Training (FH): Strengthen your and your customers' resources sustainably

Would you like to train as a certified resilience trainer and are looking for a suitable course? Then the CAS Resilience Training (FH) could be of great interest to you. This course is aimed at people working in prevention, such as personnel consultants, training specialists, organizational developers, coaches, supervisors, managers, personnel developers, HR managers, people in the healthcare sector and those responsible for occupational health management who want to strengthen their own resources and learn to activate those of others.

The resilience training course trains participants in three modules that build on each other and introduce you to the topics of life balance, vitality, mindfulness, values, social relationships and goals. You will also deepen your knowledge of how to deal with challenges and put this knowledge into practice. Methodological and didactic skills and abilities are also acquired in CAS Resilience Training so that you can convey these to each individual target group accordingly. The aim of the course is firstly to strengthen your own personal resources and deal with them responsibly and secondly to pass this knowledge on to teams, organizations and individuals in order to make them more satisfied in their everyday working life and to strengthen them in the long term.

Over the course of one year, you will attend twenty courses for the CAS Resilience Training.

The CAS Resilience Training further education course trains interested parties to become resilience trainers within three modules. The first module gives you an intensive introduction to the subject and helps you to strengthen your own resilience, which you will need to be able to work in this field in the future. The second module deepens the theoretical knowledge and expands this with methodological and didactic knowledge in the third module. At the end of each module, you will provide proof of competence, which, depending on the module, consists of a transfer report, specialist presentation or your own resilience training.

By attending two further certificate courses, the CAS Resilience Training can lead to the MAS (Master of Advanced Studies) Intercultural Coaching and Supervision. For 2016, these are the CAS Intercultural Coaching and CAS Supervision and Team Coaching courses. However, the selection of individual CAS courses may change, so please contact the relevant schools directly for exact details.

The CAS Resilience Training is aimed at interested parties who work in prevention or would like to do so in the future. This includes managers and training specialists as well as supervisors, coaches, company mentors, organizational and personnel developers, personnel consultants and HR managers, health professionals and those responsible for occupational health management.

A CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) is a further education qualification from a Universities.

  • Duration: Usually 1 semester part-time
  • Title: "Certificate of Advanced Studies in (subject)"
  • Recognition: International comparability via ECTS points
  • ECTS points (European Credit Transfer System = international credit points)

You will receive 15 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) for the Certificate of Advanced Studies CAS Resilience Training.

It is indeed possible for you to attend the CAS Resilience Training without a degree at continuing education and training / tertiary level, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a University of Applied Sciences or University, a federal certificate, a federal diploma or a CHE diploma. A Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training and at least four years of professional experience as well as at least three years of management experience or training in the fields of "Education", "HR", "Communication" or "Personnel Development" are also sufficient for admission to the Certificate of Advanced Studies Resilience Training.
