With the CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) Intercultural Coaching and the CAS Coaching, the CAS Supervision and Team Coaching can be combined to form the MAS (Master of Advanced Studies) Intercultural Coaching and Supervision. However, the certificate course will also be of great benefit to you individually, as it will help you to strengthen your social and leadership skills, expand your repertoire of tools and methods for intervention and your skills in supporting change, learning and development processes.

The CAS Supervision and Team Coaching does not take place as a block course, but as a full-day course on Wednesdays on a total of sixteen attendance dates over a period of around six months.

A university degree or other degree at continuing education and training / tertiary level is not mandatory for the CAS Supervision and Team Coaching. Training in coaching, such as another CAS or an equivalent qualification, is sufficient for admission to the certificate course. After successfully completing the CAS in Supervision and Team Coaching, you will receive a Certificate of Advanced Studies, which also certifies that you have earned 15 ECTS credits. If you combine this continuing education course with other, precisely defined CAS courses, you can also obtain a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) degree in Intercultural Coaching and Supervision.
