Mental and hypnosis coaching - coaching on deeper levels

Have you already completed coaching training, e.g. training as an Integral Coach or equivalent? Do you have a mentally stable personality and would you like to turn your vocation into a profession and accompany and support people in personality processes during crucial phases of their lives as a holistic coach?

Then training as a mental and hypnosis coach is certainly a very exciting option. The European recognized and certified training provides you with the necessary knowledge to offer your clients incomparable and deeply effective coaching on a mental, emotional and physical level, combining science and spirituality.

You will acquire the following skills, among others, during the exciting, modular training program:

  • The accompaniment of trance journeys on which clients find answers to their questions, goals, wishes and dreams from the superconscious and subconscious.
  • The analysis of morphogenetic information (language of the world soul) to transfer information from trance journeys to everyday life
  • Implementation of change trances to enable sustainable changes in action, reaction or belief patterns.
  • Energy work and change of perspective using element and chakra coaching

The main goal of hypnosis coaching is to release blockages, fears and patterns that hold clients captive on a deep level. Help them to uncover their full potential, recognize their visions, achieve their goals and live their purpose.

Questions and answers

Anyone wishing to work as a mental/hypnosis coach in the future should above all have an appreciative and resource-oriented attitude, have life experience and be socially competent. Participants are also expected to be willing to work on their personality (personality retreat) and already have basic training as a coach, for example as a Cert. Integral Coach CIS or another comparable qualification.

Hypnosis & coaching can be used to induce a natural state, which is why it is a wonderful tool in the context of therapy and change work. It starts where our feelings, actions and thoughts take place outside of our conscious perception. It can also have an effect on psychosomatic complaints. In the Hypno Coaching training course, you can learn the method in a well-founded way so that you can use it successfully for your future clients.

Graduates of the Hypnosis Coach course receive a recognized Coach ICI qualification, an educational certificate covering more than 300 learning units, 13.5 ECTS points and the qualification "Certified Psychosocial Mental CIS".

Those who have successfully completed the hypnosis coach training have various options for further individual training. For example, the Coaching Institute offers graduates the opportunity to upgrade to the following qualifications within just a few days of training (2018):

  • Certified mental trainer
  • Certified mental & consciousness trainer
  • Personality and life coach
  • Certified sports success coach
  • Certified psychosomatic health coach
  • Certified Soul & Spirit Coach

The hypnosis coach course first provides an introduction to mental coaching and trance work. This is followed by methods of relaxation meditation, recognizing and dissolving imprints and patterns, promoting creativity and intuition, increasing concentration and building inner strengths. Topics of the hypnosis coach training also include shadow work, power animal coaching, mental goal achievement, energy cleansing, self-confidence, sleep disorders, shame and guilt, self-love, forgiveness, self-knowledge, life-world, timeline, soul plan, past, vocation coaching.

The training to become a hypnosis coach or mental coach comprises 16 course evenings or 14 course days.

The course costs for hypnosis coach training at the Coaching Institute amount to just under CHF 5,000 (as of 2018). In addition, there are costs for the proof of competence as well as supervision and learning coaching.
