The SIZ user course is suitable for newcomers to IT. You can acquire a good basic user training in computer science. You will learn how to use the PC as a work tool. You learn:

• Setting up a workstation, using the Internet and e-mail, security and file organization.
• prepare and design information for an effective presentation.
• Basics of document design for the creation of written work and simple calculations with spreadsheet programs.

When preparing for the ICT Smart User SIZ diploma exam, you have the option of preparing for it independently or with the help of a special course.
