Der Lehrgang zum Sachbearbeiter / zur Sachbearbeiterin Liegenschaftsunterhalt richtet sich an Interessenten, die beruflich mit dem Unterhalt von Immobilien in Kontakt kommen, oder auch ihre eigene Liegenschaft unterhalten können. Angesprochen sind auch Personen, die Interesse am Kauf einer Immobilie haben und sich mit dem Liegenschaftsunterhalt, Erneuerungsarbeiten und den entstehenden Kosten vertraut machen möchten und erfahren wollen, worauf bei der Bausubstanz zu achten ist.

Wie lange dauert der Kurs im Immobilienunterhalt?

Über die Dauer von etwa acht Wochen erstreckt sich der Lehrgang im Immobilienunterhalt / Liegenschaftsunterhalt. Der Kurs findet wöchentlich an zwei Abenden statt und beginnt jährlich in der Regel im Oktober und April. Die Anzahl der Lektionen beläuft sich dabei auf insgesamt 56 zu je 45 Minuten.

Vorkenntnisse im Immobilienunterhalt sind für den Zertifikatslehrgang zum / zur Sachbearbeiter/in Liegenschaftsunterhalt nicht vonnöten.

Der Studiengang Sachbearbeiter/in Liegenschaftsunterhalt KS / HEV vermittelt Ihnen praxisbezogenes Wissen, das Sie befähigt, eine Immobilie durch gezielte Konzepte und Strategien zielorientiert zu unterhalten. Teilnehmer/innen des Lehrgangs lernen, eine Einschätzung der Bausubstanz und die Bauten vorzunehmen und die jeweils geeigneten Spezialisten heranzuziehen, die dieses Problem beseitigen können. Zudem wird ihnen das Wissen über die verbreitetesten Baumängel sowie die Ursachen aufgezeigt und Möglichkeiten der Vermeidung aufgezeigt. Die Fächer dieses Zertifikatslehrgang im Immobilienunterhalt sind: Bauliche Kenntnisse; Recht ZGB und OR; Bewertung; Baurecht; Umgang mit Reklamationen.

Schliesst das Seminar zum Immobilienunterhalt mit einer Prüfung?

Eine Zertifikatsprüfung ist für den Lehrgang im Immobilienunterhalt nicht obligatorisch, jedoch fakultativ. Sie erhalten ein Kursattest bei Beendigung des Kurses und, nach erfolgreichem Abschliessen der Prüfung ein Zertifikat mit Angaben zur Note. Für die Prüfung fallen zusätzliche Kosten an.

Who is the real estate maintenance course suitable for?

The Property Maintenance Officer course is aimed at interested parties who come into contact with the maintenance of real estate in a professional capacity or who are able to maintain their own property. It is also aimed at people who are interested in buying a property and would like to familiarize themselves with property maintenance, renovation work and the costs involved and learn what to look out for in the building fabric.

How long does the real estate maintenance course take?

The course in real estate maintenance / property maintenance lasts around eight weeks. The course takes place weekly on two evenings and usually begins in October and April each year. The total number of lessons is 56, each lasting 45 minutes.

Do you need previous experience in the real estate sector for the course in real estate maintenance?

Previous knowledge of real estate maintenance is not required for the certificate course in real estate maintenance.

What does the course in real estate maintenance teach?

The Property Maintenance Specialist KS / HEV course provides you with practical knowledge that enables you to maintain a property in a targeted manner using specific concepts and strategies. Participants in the course learn how to assess the building fabric and the buildings and how to call in the appropriate specialists to rectify the problem. They will also learn about the most common building defects and their causes and be shown how to prevent them. The subjects of this certificate course in real estate maintenance are Construction knowledge; ZGB and OR law; valuation; building law; dealing with complaints.

Does the seminar on real estate maintenance end with an exam?

A certificate examination is not compulsory for the course in real estate maintenance, but is optional. You will receive a course certificate at the end of the course and, after successfully completing the examination, a certificate with details of your grade. There are additional costs for the examination.
