What skills does the IPC children and youth coach course teach?
This child and youth coaching course is divided into three sections, which overlap with the attendance phases. In the first attendance phase, participants are introduced to coaching as a model for action. They learn more about the basics and the coaching process, coaching skills and the solution-oriented coaching approach. In the second attendance phase: Reasons for the effectiveness of coaching, the psychology of perception for coaching, communication models and the neuropsychological background are discussed. Current learning concepts from brain research and the systemic approach are dealt with in the third attendance phase with the topic "Consciously promoting developmental steps as a coach", as well as learning in the various roles.
Does training to become a youth coach take the same amount of time everywhere?
As little as the training courses for youth coaches are similar in terms of content, they also vary in length. Whether 9 days (IPC Academy), 14 days (Coaching Institut Living Sense) or 27 days (Bildungszentrum für Evolutionspädagogik), each course in child and youth coaching takes a different amount of time.

Training to become a certified child and youth coach at the IPC Academy takes 9 months. In addition to the 13 days of face-to-face or distance learning, there are also four to eight hours of self-study per week. This is the IPC youth coach.

In the training to become a learning consultant / evolutionary pedagogue, participants are trained in learning counseling, parent, child and youth coaching. Participants try to gain access to the unconscious areas of the human brain in which behavior and learning motivation arise in order to convey a different perspective. To this end, content from Evolutionary Pedagogy® is combined with its perception, behavior and communication of the respective brain development stages, from motor development with movement diagnostics and from neurology with brain networking.
