The continuing education, further training to become a bank customer advisor listed here is a personal certification recognized by the Swiss Accreditation Service SAS in accordance with international ISO standards (ISO / IEC 17024).

It is not necessary to attend regular classroom instruction at a school for the personal certification in banking. You will work through the course content on your own, and depending on your specialization, you will be provided with various amounts of banking course booklets (3 to 25) and can also obtain math course booklets if required. You acquire your knowledge from these learning booklets at your own pace and are supervised by a professional e-teacher. Only once or twice per certification do you take part in face-to-face lessons for sales training and also take an oral and written exam at the end of your learning time.

Continuing education, further training to become a bank customer advisor is self-study and can therefore be arranged very individually in terms of time. Depending on which certificate you are aiming for, you can expect to spend between 50 hours (personal certificate for private clients) and 410 hours (personal certificate for corporate and institutional clients).

After completing continuing education, further training as a Client Advisor Bank and the chosen specialization, you are entitled to use one of the following titles: "Certified Individual Client Advisor", "Certified Private Client Advisor", "Certified Corporate Banker CCoB", or "Certified Wealth Management Advisor CWMA".
