Are the lecturers on the distance learning course actually trained in art history?
The lecturer or distance learning teacher of the distance learning course in art history is an experienced and highly trained expert in this field, who usually has a university degree in the subject area being taught. For example, the distance learning teacher who supervised this course at the beginning of 2017 studied sociology, philosophy, music and art and literature studies, was a lecturer in art and design history at the University of Applied Sciences in Hanover (Germany) and has published numerous works and essays. How long does the continuing education, further training in art history take?
With around five hours of work per week, the art history course takes nine months to complete. However, you are free to complete the course in a shorter time or take up to three years to complete it. The final homework assignment must be submitted no later than three years after the start of the course in order to receive a certificate of completion.
