Head of Facility Management becomes Head of Facility Management and Maintenance: The managers of buildings, facilities and equipment

As a Head of Facility Management or new Head of Facility Management and Maintenance, you are responsible for the management of a facility, a building or systems. You are the contact person for specialists and strategic management. When planning, you consider and take into account all aspects of the building and make optimum use of synergies.
