Learning therapy promotes the personal and behavioral skills of children, adolescents and adults in the learning environment. Unlike private tutors, learning therapists are not solely interested in teaching the necessary learning material, but try to get to the bottom of the causes of existing learning difficulties. They consider the learner as an individual personality and try to find a suitable learning path together. The development of personal and learning skills is therefore the focus of learning therapy. Attention is paid to why and when learning difficulties occur, what they are like, what visible and invisible reactions these difficulties cause in the person concerned and how they deal with them. The aim is to develop strategies for individually appropriate learning.
