Why the MAS Automation Management is so rewarding

The MAS Automation Management at a university of applied sciences offers graduates an excellent basis for a career in the field of automation technology. After completing this continuing education program, they usually work as project managers for automation projects. This Master's degree enables participants to plan a comprehensive system and implement it on time and on budget. However, the course is also of interest to clients of automation projects, as it offers them an ideal opportunity to learn to formulate requirements precisely and to assess the performance of contractors on a sound basis. Engineers can also deepen, expand and update their specialist knowledge thanks to the MAS Automation Management. After completing the Master's degree, students are able to avoid or constructively resolve conflicts thanks to their increased communication and social skills and to arrange cooperation more consciously. They are also experts in the fields of automation technology, planning methodology, project planning, automation informatics and project management. All these qualities make them professional and competent project managers in automation projects. The course is made up of various modules and is completed over two years while working. The Master's thesis is then written in the student's own working environment. Small classes, individual and intensive support for students and modern forms of learning guarantee optimal conditions for successful studies in MAS Automation Management.
