MAS Coaching, Resilience and Supervision: For professionals in coaching and counseling.

Are you interested in continuing your education at postgraduate level and could you imagine taking the MAS Coaching, Resilience and Supervision? If so, you should already have a university degree or a recognized teaching diploma and be prepared to be present in the classroom for at least 80% of the scheduled time. The Master's degree program is divided into the following three CAS (15 or 16 days each) and a Master's thesis and takes around three years to complete:

This course of study for the professional counselling and support of individuals, organizations and teams trains you to accompany others in their development processes and promote them in a goal-oriented manner. You will develop sound consulting knowledge and intervention practices, the ability to reflect and support skills. The CAS Coaching / Certified Coach SCA provides you with knowledge of the most important procedures and tools for initiating change and development processes and gives you the opportunity to develop your own individual coaching concept so that you can conduct coaching sessions independently during the course. The CAS Resilience Training is also part of the MAS Coaching, Resilience and Supervision. This course provides you with the basics and practical tools to increase your own resilience. Participants learn how to develop training concepts in the area of health promotion and how to offer and implement them as part of support processes in order to ultimately promote the coachees' job satisfaction. The content of the CAS Agile Team Coaching and Supervision speaks for itself. You will learn how to support your clients with regard to their psychosocial and professional development and how to allow them to reflect on their professional actions in a process-oriented manner and remain in constant exchange.

The CAS Supervision and Team Coaching and CAS Intercultural Coaching are compulsory modules, plus a choice between the CAS Coaching and CAS Resilience Training.
