Who is the target group for the MAS Intercultural Coaching & Supervision?
The MAS Intercultural Coaching & Supervision is aimed at specialists and managers who perform support and consulting tasks, for example in organizational development, marketing, human resources management, personnel development, strategy and corporate development, IT and other areas. These could be adult educators or project managers, management consultants, resilience trainers, coaches or SME managing directors, personnel consultants, HR managers or personnel and organizational developers. Training specialists and mentors, quality managers as well as staff members and managers are also part of the target audience of this Master's degree program.
How comprehensive is the MAS Intercultural Coaching & Supervision?
The MAS Intercultural Coaching & Supervision comprises a total of 60 ECTS. These are acquired in three certificate courses (CAS) and one Master's module, each lasting 16 or 20 days. 68 to 72 days of attendance time must therefore be invested in the Master's degree program, depending on the CAS selected.
What modules does the MAS Intercultural Coaching & Supervision consist of?
For the MAS Intercultural Coaching & Supervision - Coaching and Counselling of Individuals, Teams and Organizations, students attend three CAS certificate courses and a Master's module. The CAS Supervision and Team Coaching and CAS Intercultural Coaching are compulsory modules, plus a choice between the CAS Coaching and CAS Resilience Training.
What are the objectives of the MAS Intercultural Coaching & Supervision?
The MAS Intercultural Coaching & Supervision provides participants with sound knowledge to competently accompany groups, teams and individuals in development and change processes, to design suitable interventions and to professionally plan, implement, accompany and evaluate these development and change processes.
What costs do participants of the MAS Intercultural Coaching & Supervision have to expect?
For the complete Master's program MAS Intercultural Coaching & Supervision including course materials and teaching aids, participants must expect costs of CHF 36,800 for the start of the program in 2018. For courses starting in 2019, please enquire about the current costs directly with the Coaching Center using the contact form.
