Who is the recruiter training program suitable for?
The recruiter training course is aimed at people who would like to work as recruitment consultants or recruitment agencies in the future and want to acquire the necessary knowledge in a targeted training course. Participants should be at least 20 years old and have German as their mother tongue. In addition, general professional experience of two years is required, as well as a great willingness to learn, motivation and sociability.
How long does training to become a recruiter take?
The continuing education, further training to become a recruiter takes about three months.
