Training to become a real estate management assistant is a course that ends with a certificate and provides you with the basic knowledge of real estate management. Further training to become a real estate manager, on the other hand, is a preparatory course for a federal professional examination (BP) which, if passed, leads to a federal specialist certificate.

Good German language skills, at least at level C1, are generally required for admission to further training as a real estate management assistant.
