My name is Rolf Schmalz and I'm from Winterthur. I now work at Weiterbildung WBA. That's my own school. We offer adult education in business administration with various courses. Our core competence is "We train" - WBA for short.

I myself have completed various training and further education courses in tourism, the hotel industry, marketing and sales as well as methodology and didactics. I can apply what I learned there very well in my current job. My wealth of experience from various industries and professions also helps me in this.
