In the preparatory courses for the professional examination to become an insurance specialist, you will be taught the basics of the insurance industry, marketing and law as well as personal management. You also have the opportunity to specialize and acquire in-depth knowledge in an elective area. In the preparatory courses, you will also be specifically prepared for the written and oral parts of the examination.
The learning content of the preparatory courses is based on the specifications of the sponsor of the professional examination, the Vocational Training Association of the Swiss Insurance Industry (VBV). The VBV distinguishes between so-called "compulsory modules", "elective modules" and "process modules".
