Handelt es sich bei dem Web4Business Angebot um ein Studium?

Bei dem Bildungsangebot in Web4Business handelt es sich nicht um einen Bachelor- oder konsekutiven (aufbauenden) Masterstudiengang, sondern um einen Masterstudiengang mit Abschluss Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) auf Nachdiplomstufe, der etwa dem Nachdiplomstudium NDS entspricht. Das Masterstudium wird als Fernstudium durchgeführt mit 80 Prozent Selbststudium und 20% Präsenzzeit.

Können auch HF-Absolventen die Web4Buisiness Weiterbildung besuchen?

Ein MAS in Web4Business setzt in der Regel ein bereits abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium voraus. Jedoch können HF-Absolventen und -Absolventinnen sowie Inhaber/innen eines HFP-Diploms zum Studium zugelassen werden, sofern sie über ausreichend qualifizierte Berufserfahrung verfügen. Die Zulassung für HF- und HFP-Diplominhaber erfolgt „sur dossier“ durch die Studienleitung.

The MAS in Web4Business is aimed at company managers and employees who want to familiarize themselves with the latest web technologies in order to drive forward the digitalization of business models, professionalize advertising appearances, implement the organization of company data and processes in the cloud and ensure IT security at all times.

What modules does the MAS in Web4Business consist of?

In order to obtain the MAS degree in Web4Business, students must complete a CAS of at least 50 ETCS. The missing 10 ECTS are achieved with the Master's thesis. A MAS in Web4Business generally requires a university degree. However, CHE graduates and holders of an AFPE diploma may be admitted to the program if they have sufficient professional experience. Admission for CHE and AFPE diploma holders is granted "sur dossier" by the Director of Studies.
