Spinal therapy is treated in two parts: The intervertebral disc is massaged as preparation, followed by massage of the spine. More and more patients are explicitly asking for this treatment method. This is why many therapists have included this form of therapy in their range of services. However, careful training and continuous further training in spinal therapy is essential. Questions and answers

The spine is the movable central axis of the skeleton. It forms the supporting structure of the body and ensures that we can stand upright. It consists of 33 individual bones, the vertebrae. Its typical shape shows four slight curves when viewed from the side.

Energetic spinal straightening is about the correct alignment of the spine when blockages or misalignments cause other physical problems. The aim of the therapy is to create a balance between body, mind and soul. The treatment is carried out exclusively via the patient's aura. Holistic energetic spinal therapy is used for all disorders of the energy flow, which can manifest themselves in many different ways: Tension, pain, discomfort, disc problems, postural problems, chronic headaches, listlessness, fatigue or depressive moods.

Minimally invasive spinal therapy involves carrying out various infiltrations depending on the structures in the spine that are causing the pain. Physiotherapeutic applications and traditional Chinese therapies can also be used. This conservative therapy method is used when outpatient conservative therapy for spinal pain has been exhausted and there is no indication for surgery.

Dynamic spinal therapy according to Popp is a self-contained, holistic manual therapy method in which the person is viewed as a whole. By treating the segmental connections, access to internal organs and organ systems can be created. Dynamic therapy of the spine is carried out on a specially developed, air-filled therapy cushion. The therapist moves the body of the patient lying on the therapy cushion using manual, oscillating movements.

A spinal therapy practice can offer a wide range of treatment options for spinal disorders, ranging from naturopathic methods to minimally invasive treatments and energetic therapies. Passive joint mobilization, for example, is the most important and most frequently used treatment technique in manual therapy. It helps patients to alleviate their back pain and improve their quality of life.

Spinal column therapy always begins with a preliminary consultation and a leg length measurement. This is because an imbalance in length often indicates a pelvic obliquity, which is corrected in the first step of therapy. The procedure is discussed. Further correction of vertebral misalignments in the neck area is carried out in a sitting position, while complaints in the sacrum or coccyx are treated in a standing position. This is followed by a massage with oil and gentle pressure movements to stretch the spine. The therapy must be repeated - sometimes patients do exercises at home.

Conservative spinal therapy describes forms of treatment without surgery. The aim is to relieve pain and at the same time support and utilize the body's self-healing and repair powers. In the first phase, the focus is on rest. If necessary, the pain is relieved with medication. After this, it is important to mobilize as quickly as possible in order to maintain and promote the mobility of the spine.

Over the years, manual spinal therapy has established itself as an effective and gentle treatment method in the practice of alternative practitioners, masseurs, physiotherapists and doctors. Dorn therapy, for example, offers the possibility of gently bringing almost all of the body's joints back into their original, healthy position. In Dorn therapy, the entire body is examined for misalignments and brought back into its original balance with gentle therapeutic techniques that lead to the center. In the course of his many years of experience with this method, Dieter Dorn discovered that adjusting the spine can also have a positive effect on the internal organs and the psyche.

Gentle spinal therapy helps with spinal blockages, joint misalignments and persistent back pain. Dorn & Breuss spinal therapy combines two therapeutic approaches to help with complex complaints. Dorn & Breuss spinal therapy arose from the self-awareness of its inventor Dieter Dorn, who himself suffered from stabbing back pain for years. He recognized the cause of his complaints in displacements of the spine. Based on this complaint, the naturopath Rudolf Breuss developed a massage that could be used to gently mobilize the vertebrae and joints. The combination of these two techniques ultimately led to Dorn & Breuss spinal therapy, which is used today for a wide range of complaints.

Dorn spinal therapy (also known as the Dorn method or Dorn therapy) is a gentle method that is used to treat musculoskeletal complaints. During the treatment, the therapist uses gentle and sensitive movements to bring the vertebrae and joints back into the correct position. The aim is to harmonize the movement sequence.

The energetic spinal treatment is a healing method that is applied to the body with the help of healing energy without touching or manipulation. The method of energetic spinal straightening - also known as energetic spinal straightening - is one of the healing methods of spiritual healing. The spinal straightening method is good.

An alternative practitioner should be consulted for the individual choice of therapy. The therapy method incorporates elements of the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine. An individual exercise program, which is tailored to the patient's needs and consolidates the results of the manual therapy, is an important part of the treatment. In this way, the alternative practitioner for spinal therapy has a major influence on the success of the therapy.
