Where do I work as an Agile Coach?
What further training does the degree enable me to do?
Career prospects / job opportunities
The consulting and coaching sector is growing rapidly - the competition for consultants, trainers, mentors and coaches is correspondingly high. With training as an agile coach or a certificate with association recognition in the field of Scrum (e.g. ScrumMaster, Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Developer or Scrum Professional), you can position yourself professionally against the competition and stand out. Agile coaches are in high demand on the job market, as agile transformation is currently one of the most important developments on the digital market.
With a Scrum certificate or certification as an Agile Coach, you can work in practically any company, regardless of your profession or industry. With a certificate from the school, you also have the opportunity to become self-employed without any additional hurdles.
Further training opportunities
- With some school certificates, it is possible to acquire an association certificate, for example from the Scrum Alliance. Clarify with the respective provider whether and which associations recognize their certificates or what else is required for association recognition. Please note that re-certification is required for some association certificates.
- Further education in agile business/management/coaching etc. is very dynamic. By completing one of the existing CAS courses in Agile Coaching, you have a good chance of finding interesting combination courses and MAS degrees in the booming field of agility. Enquire at the relevant universities about existing and planned postgraduate courses.
