The part-time postgraduate course in Coaching and Leadership lasts two semesters.

The continuing education, further training in Coaching and Leadership postgraduate studies CHE is aimed at managers who wish to acquire comprehensive leadership skills and manage employees in their position.

Personal leadership style, motivation management, coaching in leadership, leadership, business excellence, presentation and speech techniques, communication, interviewing and negotiation techniques, change management, knowledge management, shaping and developing corporate culture, personnel development, employee selection, assessment, evaluation and rewarding performance, conflict management, personality development and leadership ethics are some of the topics covered by the executive schools' courses. Business administration, economics, law, team leadership, coaching in business, change management and organization, communication, business ethics, conflict management, systemic constructivist models, self-knowledge, health management, coaching basics and advanced coaching interventions, on the other hand, are topics of the NDS of the BVS St. Gallen training center.

Due to the State Secretariat for Education, Research, and Innovation SERI protected and federally recognized titles of the postgraduate studies CHE in Coaching and Leadership, these degrees enjoy a high reputation on the job market.

Admission to the Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Achtung) in Coaching and Leadership is open to persons who hold either a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, such as HR Specialist or Management Specialist, a Federal Diploma, such as Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Achtung) in HR Management or Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Achtung) in Business Training, or a CHE, UAS or university diploma. You must also have at least two years of management experience.
