Tipps und Entscheidungshilfen für die Ausbildungswahl

Female leadership deals with various issues relating to leadership positions and the leadership style of women in everyday working life. It can be understood as a movement that aims to draw attention to the proportion of women in management positions on the one hand and to the potential of suitable women on the other. Female Leadership empowers and encourages women to take on leadership roles and make the leap in their careers.

In the last few centuries, women in leadership positions were an absolute exception. And even today, women in leadership positions ("female leaders") are still rare. Assertiveness, problem-solving and analytical skills, a willingness to take risks, emotional self-control, ruthlessness, egotism: leadership is traditionally associated with masculinity. However, in the wake of financial crises, wars and environmental pollution, the call for a rethink in previously male-dominated management and leadership styles is becoming ever louder. The search is on for leadership styles with alternative values. Female leadership plays a central role in this by opening and promoting a female discourse at management level. Women bring qualities such as prudence, circumspection, caring and empathy to everyday management, from which employees and the entire management team can benefit.

Female leadership training generally focuses on topics such as (modern) management, leadership, gender roles, communication, appearance, conflict management, self-competence, etc.

Ambitious businesswomen who want to consolidate their professional position or give their career a further boost are in the right place with female leadership training.

Questions and answers

In a female leadership training course, you will acquire in-depth knowledge and skills, such as networking, persuasiveness and negotiating skills, which are necessary for successful action in everyday working life and at management level.

For a female leadership course, you usually have to submit your application documents first. These usually consist of a passport photo, current CV (curriculum vitae), letter of motivation, diploma and a copy of your passport or ID. After your documents have been reviewed by the person responsible or the director of studies and if you basically meet the admission requirements, you will be invited to a personal admission interview. During this interview, we will check whether your qualifications, individual needs and expectations match the program offered. The admission decision is then made.

Training in the field of female leadership is primarily aimed at ambitious business women from various sectors who want to strengthen their professional position or prepare themselves for a higher position or the next step in their career.

Participants in female leadership training deal with topics such as visibility, resilience, self-confidence, authenticity, courage, independence and persuasiveness.

Furthermore, they deal with their personal development potential, for which the program also includes an assessment, mentoring and coaching.
