Tipps und Entscheidungshilfen für die Ausbildungswahl

The work of the financial planning expert is geared towards clients and mainly involves financial planning and advice. If you work in this field, you must be able to solve all financial planning issues. It is no problem for you to take the lead and explain financial planning procedures to third parties.

The profession of financial planning expert has become firmly established in Switzerland in recent times. Their workplace is mainly at banks, insurance companies or similar institutions. They deal with issues such as state pensions, the lifelong protection and purchasing power of income and assets, tax planning as well as estate and inheritance planning. The financial planning expert prepares financial planning for the self-employed and SMEs and also offers advice on starting a business. They examine the type of business the client wants, the risks they want to cover and, of course, the protection of their assets. If the client wants to arrange his succession, you will deal with all the issues that arise in this context. This requires sound knowledge of business administration and finance.

The Financial Planning Expert diploma course is aimed at specialists in the field of financial services who work for clients in the higher segments of pension planning and succession planning for tradespeople and SME owners of private financial planning and who wish to obtain a federal diploma as a financial planning expert.
