Wage increase after completion of the "Management courses / modular management training (cert.)" course

• Step 2: Enter your industry (e.g. 41 Building construction)
• Step 3: Under Occupational group, enter your occupation and transfer the corresponding occupational group. For commercial clerks with Federal VET Diploma this would be, for example: 41 General office and secretarial staff
• Step 4: Position in the company - Select "Without management function"
• Step 5: Weekly hours 42
• Step 6: Training: Completed vocational training
• Step 7: Enter your age (e.g. 27 years)
• Step 8: Enter further optional information (if available and desired)

The example salary in our calculation is around CHF 6,531. Now go back to the "Position in the company" section and select "Lower management", resulting in a new average salary of around CHF 6,917.

If you now enter "Higher vocational training" under "Training" if you plan to continue to the Federal Diploma of Higher Education, the salary will increase to around CHF 7,506.
