During the presentation, you will also have notes for yourself and handouts for the audience.
OutlookTo be able to use Outlook efficiently and really make use of its functions, you will learn how to use the e-mail program, the appointment calendar and address management. You can organize emails in self-defined folders, link an upcoming appointment with the contact details of your conversation partner and make notes for preparation.
If you want to build your professional career on an above-average command of the ICT possibilities in office environments, e.g. as an office supporter or power user, then mastering the Office programs is the first step.
