Thomas v.Erlach is the founder and director of the smallest adult education institute in Switzerland - the Marketing & Management Institute MMI in Bern. Years ago, he began working as a lecturer on a part-time basis, having himself completed a degree in business administration (HF) and a federal diploma in sales and marketing management. He worked full-time for over 20 years in various leading positions in the private sector (sales manager, marketing manager, product manager, managing director of SMEs). However, Thomas v.Erlach never gave up his part-time lecturing activities. Good HR know-how must be present in every company. This is also the reason why well over a thousand men and women take the HR assistant examination with HRSE certification every year. Anyone with a federal certificate of proficiency or a high school diploma and 2 years of professional experience (general and not necessarily in HR!) is admitted to the exam. This certificate makes it much easier to start an administrative HR job.
The certificate is also one of the prerequisites for admission to the next higher examination for HR specialists with a federal certificate.
