Recruiting staff is becoming an increasing challenge for HR professionals these days - how can you attract good specialists and managers and win them over for the company? Many recruitment managers are asking themselves this question. The People Attraction Excellence course addresses precisely this issue. The following content is taught in connection with personnel recruitment:

Further training in the area of People Attraction Excellence is recommended for HR specialists with responsibility in the area of recruitment, HR managers and managing directors of SMEs. Anyone who has worked in HR for several years or has successfully completed relevant further training is eligible. Further training "sur dossier" may be possible. Proof of performance is the development of a concept on the topic of people attraction for your own organization or another company.
