What exactly is a balance coach?

A stress or balance coach supports his patients/clients in very different ways and with different methods in their change process towards a more stress-free and relaxed life. Can I become self-employed after training as a Balance Coach?

Experience in dealing with patients should also not be underestimated, so it often makes sense to first gain practical experience as an employee for some time and only then become self-employed.
