As Chef de Bar, you manage all the staff behind the bar. You organize the processes and delegate smaller tasks. Although a lot has to be organized behind the bar, the customers should still be the focus and always receive your full attention. You should know the drinks menu by heart and be able to help and advise customers on the selection of drinks, wines, beers and other beverages. A good memory is extremely important when working as a bartender. After the bar closes, you will work with your colleagues to replenish the refrigerated shelves and take care of the accounts - a flair for figures is therefore also required.
