Headhunter training - becoming a professional recruiter

Headhunters - so-called recruiters or recruitment agencies - have become an integral part of the current job market. Their primary task is to find suitable personnel for companies and organizations with open positions.

After each successful placement, the recruitment agencies are paid an appropriate commission by the companies. This saves companies the time-consuming and sometimes lengthy advertising and application process and therefore time and money. Recruitment agencies are always aware that time is money for companies and only suggest candidates for an interview who are 100% suitable for the job profile.

The main tasks of a recruiter include the acquisition of vacancies, the creation of a coordinated staffing profile and the comparison with existing applications from jobseekers. They also carry out profiling if necessary.

The headhunter's goal is always the same: the successful conclusion of a contract that creates an employment relationship - a win-win situation - a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Unlike employment agencies, recruitment agencies do not work on behalf of jobseekers, but are sought out and commissioned by the employers themselves. It is therefore logical that they are also remunerated for their services by the same employers.

The headhunter training course covers topics such as recruitment techniques, advertisements, consulting, matching, communication and sales, interview techniques, job interviews, customer acquisition, market development, rate structures, sales and closing, weekly planning and organization. After completing the headhunter training, participants will have the skills to conduct interviews, place matches, create a cycle plan for permanent and temporary positions and use closing techniques to promote sales and industry-specific areas.

People who are interested in the headhunter training and would like to work as recruiters / recruitment consultants should speak German at native speaker level, be at least 20 years old and have two or more years of general professional experience. Participants are also expected to have a high level of self-motivation, determination, good communication skills and knowledge of human nature.
