Can you imagine working as a manager in a social or socio-medical organization? It is possible to work in a children's home, school, home for the disabled, retirement home or nursing home. You will manage the entire institution in areas such as housekeeping and administration as well as educational issues. You create a home concept and are responsible for its implementation.

As you are also responsible for overall personnel management, you recruit new employees and are responsible for their induction. You draw up a monthly deployment plan for your employees and hold the team meeting. You ensure that hygiene and recycling regulations are adhered to. These are some of the responsibilities of the home manager.
