My name is Sonja Kauz and I am 33 years old. I completed an apprenticeship as a pharmaceutical assistant and still work in a pharmacy today. I had a burnout a good 10 years ago. After that, I questioned myself as a person and my professional activity. I then trained as an animal kinesiologist. I later trained as a life coach so that I could help animal owners even better in the context of animal kinesiology. This is because the problems of animals are often related to their owners.
I first trained at the PHOENIX School to become a qualified animal kinesiologist NGL. I later completed additional training to become a life coach.
I simply realized after I started working as an animal kinesiologist that I wanted to learn even more. The more I worked with animals, the more I realized that there was an owner behind the animal. The owner usually projects onto the animal. So I had the feeling that I couldn't really help the animal, but not really the owner. I could show them the problem, but I couldn't really help them. The owners usually asked me what to do now and how to deal with the problem. The animal should feel better and the problem should no longer be passed on. I wanted to be able to help by training as a life coach. The PHOENIX School offers life coach training for precisely this purpose, among others. As a special training course for animal kinesiologists, you learn how to respond specifically to people. This is much more complex and less straightforward than working with animals.
Yes, this life coach course was easy to combine with everyday life and my job. There are monthly blocks of lessons, most of which take place at the weekend. In between, you can process and apply what you have learned.
I had already completed the animal kinesiology training at the PHOENIX School. Here, people got involved with me and accepted me for who I am. There was also a special training course for life coaches that was specifically aimed at people who had already trained as animal kinesiologists.
Training as a life coach has strengthened me personally. I have strengthened my sensitivity and can sense other people better through their body language and expressions.
I received targeted support at the PHOENIX School during my life coach training. Because everyone is treated individually. You also learn to respond better to others by asking specific questions and to awaken the emotions of others. This creates awareness for necessary changes.
My life coach training has made me more open to other people. By asking specific questions and recognizing the triggers, tension can be released and stress reduced.
Where personality training is involved, as with the life coach, sensitivity and healing senses are trained. This can also help you personally. It is about recognizing and accepting problems and changing them into something positive.
